Dr. Kingsley A. Fletcher also known as His Majesty, Drolor Bosso Adamtey I, is the SUAPOLOR of the Se (Shai) Traditional Area in Ghana, West Africa. He is a strong advocate for peace, progress, development, social justice and equality. His tireless efforts and initiatives have impacted more than 100 countries across five continents.

Dr. Fletcher is recognized as a thought leader and much respected advisor on global economic trends and forecasting. He regularly consults in the areas of international relations, resource mobilization, conflict resolution, strategic leadership, community development and corporate social responsibility.

He has skillfully communicated Africa to the world as the “Last Frontier” and made its critics take notice and appreciate her worth with respect and dignity by conveying the ability of African leaders to fully and equitably participate in global discussions about public policy, economics and governance. Dr. Fletcher is credited with the phrase, “Africa Needs Partnerships, not Handouts”, which is a synopsis of his vision for Africa and speaks clearly of the passion he holds for the continent.

Dr. Kingsley Fletcher is the Founder of Life for Africa, a humanitarian organization, whose mission is to empower and equip the people of Africa by providing opportunities and partnerships in education, economic empowerment, health care, social and community development and modern technology. He is also the Chairman of the Africa Leadership Congress. The Congress’ emphasis is bridging African and African Diaspora leaders around issues which affect Continental Africa and “Greater Africa”; especially those in the United States. He is also the former Special Advisor to the Assistant Secretary General and Director of the United Nations Development Program-Africa.

He is a renowned speaker, business executive, historian, television personality and accomplished author of several best selling books. His inspirational, educational and motivational writings have been translated into many languages, including Spanish, Mandarin, Chinese, Indonesian and Japanese. He holds doctorates in Philosophy and Theology and is currently pursuing a doctorate in Social Justice Education at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. He is a member of the distinguished University of Oxford Roundtable. Dr. Fletcher has been featured in leading magazines and major forums around the world and serves on numerous international boards. He is building a global leadership center in Research Triangle Park, North Carolina.
